All rates quoted are in Thai Baht. Applicable to single & double occupancy and inclusive of breakfast (good for two persons only), 10% service charge & VAT. No charge for children under 12 years old and staying with parents without an additional bed. Child under 3 years of age is free of charge for breakfast, but child  4  to 12 years of age will be charged 250 Baht.

Compulsory dinner during Christmas Eve (24th of December, 2010) and New Years Eve ( 31st of  December, 2010 ) For Adults : 1,800 Baht per person and children  4 – 12 years of age : 1,300 baht per person.  3 years old below is free of charge.  The agent has the responsibility to collect the certain fee and non- commissionable.

CANCELLATION, CHANGES  AND  NO SHOW POLICY
Guests should notify the resort by e-mail, fax or call of any cancellations or changes in their reservations.

Peak Season - December 20 to January 15
Cancellations / Changes 30 Days below prior to guest arrival - 3 night accommodation fee will be charged.

Cancellations / Changes 15 Days below prior to guest arrival - No refund / will be charged of full duration of booking

No Show - No refund / will be charged of full duration of booking. The resort has the right to make the room available for other bookings.

High and Low Season
Cancellations / Changes 14 Days below prior to guest arrival - 2 nights accommodation fee will be charged.

Cancellations / Changes 7 Days below prior to guest arrival - No refund / will be charged of full duration of booking.

No Show - No refund / will be charged of full duration of booking. The resort has the right to make the room available for other bookings.
Cancellations for booking 10 nights or/and 5 rooms above, 30 % accommodation fee will be charged. This policy applies for Peak and High season.
